What We Are.

Water Damage DC is a referral service. We connect callers with independent third-party service providers. We do not perform water damage restoration, repairs, or any physical services ourselves.

No Guarantees About Providers.

Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work, pricing, scheduling, availability, licensing, and insurance. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the provider. We make no warranties about provider workmanship or outcomes.

Emergencies.

If there's an immediate threat to life or safety (flooding near electrics, structural collapse, sewage exposure), call emergency services first.

Website Content.

Guides and articles on this site are general information, not professional, legal, or insurance advice. Always verify details with the provider and your insurer.
